WHAT IS REQUIRED
OF ME?
Loan Pros has developed a very simple and profitable opportunity. As an Independent Representative you may work from your home marketing our service locally or on the Internet.
Your job description is simply to market the service and refer customers. It is our job to negotiate the lower closing costs. Customers are those with pre-approved loans who are either homeowners about to refinance or people who are about to purchase a home.
HOW AM I PAID?
You earn $100.00 or 10% of our fee (whichever is greater) for each customer we assist with a savings.
Example: A customer with an $80,000.00 loan is being charged 8% points ($6400.00) by their lender. We successfully lower the points to 4% ($3200.00) and save them an additional $400.00 on other closing costs. The total savings equal $3,600.00 and our fee is one half of the amount saved. The Independent Representative's fee is 10% of our fee. In this example the representative fee equals $180.00 for simply referring the customer.
Remember, your customers have no risk by using our service. If we cannot assist them they will not be charged a fee. Customer gathering is easy with our no risk policy!
If you advertise both locally and over the Internet you can reasonably expect to find customers depending on the quality and amount of your advertising. Homeowners need our service and will not find a similar service elsewhere. In the example above, after paying our fee the homeowner walks away from the closing table with an extra $1800.00 in his pocket even after paying our fee. The borrower also has a feeling of satisfaction that he was not overcharged by the lender.
ADDITIONAL WAY TO EARN
The second part of our plan is purely optional. You may choose to work with us simply referring your direct customers or you may choose to form a team of representatives. Loan Pros allows our representatives to sponsor other representatives ONE level deep. You have no limit on the number of representatives you may sponsor and all sponsored representatives receive on-line training provided by Loan Pros.
The representatives you sponsor are paid the same $100.00 or 10% for their personal customer referrals and YOU are paid $25.00 for each customer they refer which we are able to assist. They, in turn, have the option of forming their own teams.
If you have any knowledge of Internet marketing you realize it does not take long to sign representatives. If you have 50 motivated representatives on your team and they each only work very slowly and send in two customer each month which we are able to assist you would earn $2500.00 each month. This figure does not include your personal customer referrals.
By keeping our sponsorship level at ONE level deep representatives are concentrating on what needs to be accomplished: gathering customers. Without paying customers there is no business. All representatives need to focus on gathering customers.
BUILD YOUR CUSTOMER BASE
Independent Representatives and their sponsors are also paid each time a customer refers another customer. Unlimited depth!
Unlimited depth means once you have a firm customer base established you will not need to market so heavily. Understand that this process takes time but with a valuable service (which includes a free consultation) you are bound to eventually succeed if you continue to market and allow your customer base to slowly build.
Your customers spread the word to family and friends so they too can save money at closing. You earn a referral fee for each of these customers Loan Pros is able to assist with a savings.

HOW DO I START?
- Join as a representative to receive a code number to use in advertisements.
- Visit the extensive on line training site after you after you have joined.
- Place a few ads for customers and representatives - we provide you with a listing of free places to advertise on the Internet plus sample ads.
- Complete the "Free Review" form to provide us with the customer information when you have an interested party OR request the customer complete the form.
- We contact the customer and all parties involved to negotiate the fees.
- We send an invoice to the closing agent.
- Our fee is collected at closing.
- Your referral fee is mailed the day we receive our check.
- For your record keeping purposes, you are provided with a copy of our company check.
